Our Curds

Our curds are hand made, natural and simply delicious. 

What is a curd you ask, a curd is a very rich dessert topping or spread. It’s buttery and sweet with intense tart flavor– like a creamy citrusy version of jam.

The classic is the lemon curd, just like grandma used to make it. Regardless of the flavour combinations we come up with, the lemon or lime always remains a major ingredient.

Some of our curds are very seasonal, while others are available year round.

Since we use all natural ingredients and nothing artificial, like preservatives or fillers, our curds have a shelf life of four months. We make our curds in small batches and have very little stock on hand. It might take a day or two from ordering to making it, but bare with us every minute is worth the wait - that's a promise!
